§ 38.81 USE OF HOTEL TAX FUNDS.
   All hotel tax revenues collected pursuant to the provisions of this Hotel Tax subchapter shall be used for the general government purposes, including promoting and/or fostering cultural, recreational, and/or tourism and economic development of the city.
