§ 38.79 OPERATOR'S DISCOUNT.

In order to remunerate an operator for maintaining tax records, filing reports, and remitting the tax when due a 3% discount shall be allowed upon hotel taxes paid prior to the time they become delinquent. In order to be eligible for the discount, the report and any monthly exemption forms must accompany payment.
