A Fine Schedule may be adopted and amended from time to time by resolution of the Bethany City Council whereby a person charged with violation of a municipal ordinance may pay the listed fine and fees in lieu of appearance before the Judge as a final determination of the case. Those offenses with a fine greater than $500 or those providing for imprisonment will require Court appearance by the defendant.
