SECTION 2-8. CITY CLERK.

The City Clerk, hereinafter provided for, shall keep the journal of the proceedings of the Council, shall enroll in a book or books kept for the purpose all ordinances and resolutions passed by it, and shall perform such other duties as this Charter may require and as the Council may prescribe.
