(A) A monthly utility service charge of $1.50 per month for each utility unit within the corporate limits of the City of Bethany, Oklahoma, is hereby imposed, payable in advance, commencing on July 1, 2006. The amount of this fee may be amended from time to time by resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Bethany.
(B) The monthly service charge for public safety utility service charge shall be charged on the same classification as water and sewer services, i.e., multiple-dwelling units shall pay based upon the number of dwelling units multiplied by the emergency service authority service fee, etc.
