§ 36.19 DURATION OF CIVIL EMERGENCIES.
   The civil emergency and restrictions thereof proclaimed by the Mayor, as herein set forth, shall remain in force and effect until the state of emergency shall be lifted by proclamation of the Mayor or by order of the Council of the city.
