(A) The following services pertaining to animal control shall be subject to fees:
(1) Impoundment of small animals (including but not limited to dogs and cats).
(2) Impoundment of large animals (such as horses, cows, and similar animals).
(3) Daily cost of care, room, and board for small animals.
(4) Daily cost of care for large animals.
(5) Dead animal pickup fee for small animals.
(6) Dead animal pickup fee for large animals.
(7) Abandonment fee for small animals.
(8) Abandonment fee for large animals.
(B) The fees for the services described in division (A) shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
