§ 39.99 PENALTIES.
   (A)   Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by fine and costs not to exceed the sum of $500 excluding costs.
   (B)   Each day that any violation of the provisions of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
