§ 33.110 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
   Code enforcement officers, as designated by the City Manager, are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions and ordinances of the code. In carrying out such duties, code enforcement officers may issue a citation to any person violating the provisions of the code.
