§ 33.112 FAILURE TO APPEAR.

If a cited person fails to appear before the Court in response to the citation, then a warrant for arrest shall be issued and executed upon the person. In addition, any person who willfully fails to appear in response to a citation is guilty of a separate and distinct offense.
