§ 35.03 EQUIPMENT; DUTY OF CHIEF.
   (A)   The Police Chief shall have custody of the equipment and cars of the Police Department and shall be accountable to the City Manager for their care and safe keeping.
   (B)   He or she shall inventory all equipment and cars, giving their estimated value and revise the same from time to time, which he or she shall furnish to the City Manager, a copy thereof to be filed with the City Clerk for use by the Council.
