§ 34.08 ITEMIZED STATEMENT OF NEEDS.
   The Fire Chief shall, on or before the date established by the City Manager, prepare an itemized statement, showing, by item, the wants and needs of the Department for the ensuing fiscal year, for use of the City Manager in preparation of the budget each year.
