(A) A jury in the Court shall consist of six jurors, citizens of the city possessing the qualifications of jurors in District Court.
(B) After the jurors are sworn, they must sit together and hear the proofs and oral arguments of the parties, which must be delivered in Court and in the presence of the defendant.
(C) A verdict of the jury may be rendered by the concurring vote of five jurors.
