§ 33.071 JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS; PRIVACY.
   All cases under this subchapter involving juveniles shall be heard separately from cases involving adults. The hearings shall be private, but persons having a direct interest in the case may be admitted. Any victim, relative or legal guardian of a victim of a juvenile criminal act shall be deemed to have a direct interest in the case.
