§ 33.050 APPEALS; FILING.
   Appeals from the Municipal Court shall be had in accordance with the procedures established by state law therefor and the Municipal Judge shall take care that upon the filing of a proper appeal all necessary documents shall be timely forwarded to the Clerk of the District Court of the county.
