§ 33.045 SUSPENSION OF SENTENCE.
   After conviction or plea of guilty and sentence, the Judge may suspend sentence, in accordance with the provision of, and subject to the conditions and procedures imposed by 11 O.S. §§ 27-123 and 27-124.
