§ 33.035 WARRANT OF ARREST.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided in the code of the city, upon the filing of a complaint approved by endorsement by the City Attorney or by the Judge, there shall be issued a warrant of arrest, in substantially the following form:
The City of Bethany, Oklahoma, to the Chief of Police of the Municipal Court of Bethany, Oklahoma. Complaint upon oath having this day been made by (Complaint) that the offense of (Naming the offense in particular but general terms) has been committed and accusing (Name of defendant) thereof, you are commended therefore forthwith to arrest the above named (Name of defendant) and bring (him/her/them) before me at (place).

   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police, personally or through a duly constituted member of the police force of the city or through any other persons lawfully authorized so to act, to execute the warrant as promptly as possible.
