§ 33.030 STYLE OF PROSECUTION.
   (A)   All prosecutions for violations of ordinances shall be styled “The City of Bethany vs.                .”
   (B)   Except as provided in this chapter, prosecution shall be initiated by the filing of a written complaint, subscribed and verified by the person making the complaint, and setting forth concisely the offense charged.
