§ 33.001 AUTHORITY AND LAW.
   (A)   This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the one Municipal Court of the city, as placed in operation by resolution in accordance with applicable state law and as filed with the County Clerk and the Clerk of the State Supreme Court.
   (B)   To the extent of any conflict, this chapter supersedes and controls all other ordinances or provisions.
