§ 692.01 MANUFACTURE UNLAWFUL.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to manufacture any fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, bombs, squibs, rockets, spin wheels, fire balloons, Roman candles, detonating canes or ammunition therefor, or any substances or articles of an explosive nature designed or intended to be used as fireworks within the corporate limits of the city.
