No brick building or other brick structure, whether residential, commercial or industrial, shall be painted unless in accordance with § 1476.05(B)(9)(a)5. or unless the brick building is painted in fulfillment of the public art mural painting initiative within the Depot District. The building owner must submit a permit for the art mural and follow the guidelines within the permit. Each art mural permit must be approved by both the Building Director and resident Alderman.
