§ 1490.10 STORAGE OF ANIMAL FOOD.

Unless it is kept in a ratproof building, all food and feed kept in the city for the purpose of feeding birds and other domestic animals shall be kept and stored in ratfree and ratproof containers, compartments or rooms.
