§ 1490.09 REMOVAL OF RATPROOFING; SEALING OF NEW OPENINGS.

No person shall remove the ratproofing from a building and fail to restore the ratproofing in a satisfactory manner, or make a new opening in a building that is not closed or sealed against the entrance of rats.
