§ 1488.05 DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DIRECTOR OF BUILDINGS.

   The duties and functions of the Director of Buildings shall include the following:

   (A)   Report to the Mayor the location of all blighted property in the city;

   (B)   Supervise the rehabilitation of a blighted property acquired by the city;

   (C)   Provide status reports to the Mayor and the City Planner; and

   (D)   Perform other duties and functions in connection with the Program as required herein, and as necessary to implement, manage and administer the Program under this chapter.
