The duties and functions of the City Planner shall include the following:
(A) Serve as the city’s liaison with any governmental entity for all programs and negotiations regarding the acquisition, rehabilitation or disposition of blighted property under this Program;
(B) Conduct and supervise the day to day operation of this Program;
(C) Establish internal policies and procedures for the implementation of any intergovernmental agreement entered into between the city and a governmental entity relating to the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of blighted property;
(D) Provide quarterly and annual status reports on the Program to the Mayor and the City Council; and
(E) Perform other duties and functions in connection with the Program as required herein and as necessary to implement, manage and administer the Program under this chapter.
