§ 1486.05 ORDERS; REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
After the hearing provided for in § 1486.04, the Board of Health shall sustain, modify or withdraw the notice, depending on its finding as to whether or not the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto have been complied with. If the Board sustains or modifies the notice, it shall be deemed an order. Any notice served pursuant to § 1486.03 shall automatically become an order if a written petition for a hearing is not filed in the office of the Board within ten days after the day the notice is served. After a hearing in the case of a notice suspending a permit required by this chapter, or by any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, when the notice has been sustained by the Board, the permit shall be deemed to have been revoked. Any permit which has been suspended by a notice shall be deemed automatically revoked if a petition for a hearing is not filed in the office of the Board within ten days after the notice is served.
