§ 1484.13 OTHER INSURANCE.

If other insurance or payment is available to provide coverage similar to that provided by this chapter, the CRC shall not be liable for a greater proportion of the loss than the amount of coverage provided by this chapter bears to the total amount of coverage available from all sources.
