§ 1468.06 MOVING DAMAGED BUILDINGS; MOVING TO PROHIBITED LOCATION.
   (A)   No person shall move a building which has been damaged to a greater extent than 50% of its value by fire, decay or otherwise.
   (B)   No person shall move a building to a location where the use for which the building is designed or intended is prohibited at the location by an ordinance of the city.
