§ 1462.12 VIOLATIONS.

(A) No owner of a dangerous building shall fail to comply with a notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish the building given by a person authorized to do so by this chapter.

(B) No occupant or lessee of a dangerous building shall fail to comply with a notice to vacate or to repair the building in accordance with a notice given under this chapter.
