§ 1462.07 DUTIES OF CITY ATTORNEY.

   In accordance with the intent of this chapter, the City Attorney shall:

   (A)   Prosecute all persons failing to comply with the terms of the notice provided for in § 1462.05(B) and (C) and the order provided for in § 1462.06(B);

   (B)   Appear at Local Ordinance Court in regard to dangerous buildings;

   (C)   Bring suit to collect all municipal liens, assessments or costs incurred by the Director in repairing or causing to be vacated or demolished a dangerous building; and

   (D)   Take other legal action as is necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
