§ 1462.04 EMERGENCY REPAIR, VACATION OR DEMOLITION.
   If it reasonably appears that there is immediate danger to the life or safety of a person unless a dangerous building is immediately repaired, vacated or demolished, the Building Inspector shall report this fact to the Building Director. The Building Director shall then cause the immediate repair, vacation or demolition of the dangerous building. The cost of the emergency repair, vacation or demolition shall be collected as provided in § 1462.06.
