(A) Advertising matter or a sign shall be displayed only on the front and rear surfaces of the back rest of an advertising bench, and not more than 75% of each surface shall be used for that purpose. No advertisement or sign on a bench shall display the words “stop,” “look,” “drive in,” “danger” or any other word, phrase, symbol or character calculated to interfere with, mislead or distract traffic.
(B) Advertising benches located in TIF (tax increment financing) Districts are hereby prohibited.
