(A) Applications; plans and specifications; maximum number allowed. No person shall install or maintain an advertising bench on any public property in the city without first filing an application and delivering detailed plans, specifications and the proposed location of the bench to the Director of Public Works for his or her approval before a permit for the bench is issued. The number of benches installed or maintained by a person shall not exceed 100.
(B) Expiration; fees. A permit issued under this section shall expire on the December 31 following the date of issuance. Permit fees shall be as set forth in § 1444.01(B)(46).
