§ 1448.01 FINDINGS.

(A) Pursuant to § 11-74.4-4.2 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-74.4-1 et seq. (the “Act”), the city is required to establish certain “interested parties” registries and adopt registration rules for the registries.

(B) The city hereby adopts this chapter in order to comply with the requirements of the Act.
