(A) A certificate of compliance may be transferred upon subsequent transfers of the same real property made within six months after the date of issuance, provided that each subsequent purchaser executes a supplementary application to be made a part of the original application and that a statement duly executed and sworn before a notary public is filed by the party in title, or by a beneficiary to the land trust, that no changes have been made to the property since the last inspection was made.
(B) Transfers of the same real property made after six months from the date of issuance of the original certificate of compliance are subject to reinspection and the payment of fees in accordance with this chapter as if no previous inspection had been made.
