If an inspection discloses violations which, in the opinion of the Director, render the subject real property unsafe for habitation, the Director may order that the real property not be occupied until all corrections necessary to render it habitable have been made. Upon correction of all violations specified by the Director, the Director shall then issue the required certificate of compliance.
