§ 1446.08 CORRECTION OF VIOLATIONS BY SELLERS.
   If an inspection of the property reveals violation(s) of this Building Code or the Zoning Code, the Director shall, as soon as is practical, but not later than 30 days following the inspection, provide the applicant with a detailed report of the violations to be corrected. The seller of the real property shall then be given a reasonable time, as determined by the Director, using his or her knowledge, experience and expertise in this area, in which to correct the violations.
