§ 1443.06 BUILDING PERMITS FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.
   (A)   In general. When a variance is granted under the provisions of this Building Code, the Director shall issue a building permit for temporary construction, as approved. The permits shall be limited as to time of service, but the temporary construction shall not be permitted for more than one year.
   (B)   Conformity to Building Code. All temporary construction shall conform to the structural strength, fire safety, means of egress, light, ventilation and sanitary requirements of this Building Code as necessary to ensure the public health, safety and welfare.
   (C)   Termination of special approval. The Director is hereby authorized to terminate special approval and to order the demolition of any construction at his or her discretion, or as directed, if the public health, safety or welfare becomes endangered by the temporary structure.
