§ 1422.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Illinois Plumbing Code, as adopted in § 1422.01, and any provision of this Part Fourteen – Building and Housing Code, or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, or any other local ordinance, the Illinois Plumbing Code and any local amendment thereof shall prevail.
