(A) All wireless 9-1-1 calls in the city will be directly received and dispatched by the city.
(B) All wireless surcharge monies collected through the State Department of Central Management Services (CMS) pursuant to Section 751/25 of the Wireless Emergency Telephone Safety Act, being ILCS Ch. 50, Act 751, § 25, will be remitted to the city’s Emergency Telephone System Board as provided by law.
