(A) A person who wishes to use city water for construction purposes shall in all cases apply to the Director of Public Works for a permit therefor on a form provided by the Waterworks and Sewerage Department for that purpose. The flat rate charged for water supplied for construction under a building permit shall terminate when occupancy of the premises begins. Any water used after the beginning of the occupancy shall be charged at the rates prescribed in this chapter.
(B) Fees shall be charged for water consumed or used in or during construction of buildings or structures as set forth in § 1444.01(B)(35).
