(A) A person who wishes to make a connection with the waterworks and sewerage system, or to use water therefrom, shall first make application to the Building Director on a form to be furnished by the Building Director. Every applicant shall state specifically and in detail the place, location and kind of connection and appendages sought, the purpose for which the water is to be used, and all the plumbing or plumbing work in any manner or way connected therewith.
(B) If any street pavement is opened or otherwise disturbed by the work, the applicant shall conform to this chapter.
