§ 1028.02 SPECIES; PLANTING RESTRICTIONS.

(A) Street tree species to be planted shall be selected by the Department of Public Works and shall be planted by the Department unless otherwise authorized by the Director of Public Works.

(B) No person shall plant shrubs or conifer trees on a city parkway.
