§ 890.02 COLLECTION AND ENFORCEMENT BY STATE.

The State Department of Revenue is hereby authorized to collect and enforce the tax imposed by this chapter and all civil penalties that may be assessed as an incident thereof for or on behalf of the city, pursuant to the Home Rule Municipal Use Tax Act, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 8-11-6, as amended.
