No trustee of a trust which holds title to or beneficial interest in real property located in the city shall accept or acknowledge an assignment of a beneficial interest in the trust unless the trustee has received from the assignor and assignee a complete and fully executed real estate transfer declaration as provided in § 888.09, and unless the amount of tax stamps required by this chapter has been affixed to the assignment.
