§ 888.001 SHORT TITLE.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Berwyn Real Property Transfer Tax Ordinance.” The tax imposed by this chapter shall be known as the “Berwyn Real Property Transfer Tax,” and is imposed in addition to all other taxes imposed by the city, the state or any other political subdivision of the state.
