(A) The total number of business licenses issued at any one time under this chapter shall not exceed the following limitations set forth below:
(1) Pawn shops....2;
(2) Title loan services....2;
(3) Payday loan services....2; and
(4) Cash/currency exchange services....3.
(B) If the maximum number of licenses has been reached for any of the above-outlined businesses, existing business licenses holders cannot expand their businesses by more than 10% or relocate their existing business locations. Additionally, the City License Officer may deny a business license regulated by this chapter, if the number of existing business licenses currently issued is over the above-outlined limitations.
