(A) No undertaker or his or her assistant shall move or transport a dead human body from a hospital in the city without first obtaining the death certificate, properly filled out and signed by the attending physician, and permission from the Board of Health for the removal.
(B) No undertaker or his or her assistant shall move or transport a dead human body, outside the city without first obtaining the permission of the Board of Health.
(C) The body of a person who dies from a communicable disease must be embalmed in the room where death occurs, unless otherwise provided by the County Medical Examiner.
