No person shall be licensed to carry on the business of undertaking in any store, room, place or establishment where any other occupation is carried on unless the store, room, place or establishment is provided with a compartment or room for the undertaking business that is completely shut off or capable of being completely shut off from the other parts of the store, room, place or establishment. The compartment or room shall have free outside ventilation and light, and its floor shall be constructed of, or covered with, a nonabsorbent material and connected with a sewer by an approved sanitary drain.
