(A) No water shall be sold or offered for sale for drinking or other domestic purposes which does not conform to the standards prescribed by the State Board of Health.
(B) No person shall sell or offer for sale, for present or future drinking or other domestic purposes, in the city, any water that is contaminated by bacteria or any otherwise impure water or water that contains any foreign material, whether of mineral or organic substance, in sufficient quantity to render it impure or the use of the same unhealthful or unwholesome.
